Youth & Whānau Community Development Programmes

Counselling young people who self-refer or are referred due to mild to moderate mental health concerns. Typical concerns include low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, at risk behaviours, and alcohol and drug use or abuse. The service uses a number of therapeutic tools to address the presenting concerns and to progress young people forward in their lives.
